The full scope, delivery and compliance detail for Milcom's Microsoft-aligned professional skills programs.
ℹ️ Important: These are Microsoft-aligned vendor training programs. They are not nationally recognised qualifications under the Australian Qualifications Framework. Microsoft certification is awarded only by Microsoft after passing the relevant Microsoft exam.
What these programs are
These programs provide Microsoft technology training, practical labs, workflow examples and certification-readiness support. They do not provide legal, accounting, tax, audit, HR, employment-law or professional-regulatory advice.
Pricing & vouchers
- Public prices are AUD, inclusive of GST for public enrolments; Microsoft exam vouchers are not included unless selected. Private cohort pricing is quoted exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
- Exam Pass Assurance is a certification-support package, not a pass guarantee, and does not guarantee certification, employment, migration points or any career outcome. Free retake support applies only where the stated eligibility conditions are met.
Labs & recordings
- Lab access is provided where required and may be time-limited; recordings are for enrolled learners only and may not be redistributed.
Certificates & recognition
- Programs carry a Milcom course completion certificate. Where applicable, learners may also receive a Microsoft course completion record/certificate for the official course. These are separate from Microsoft certification and are not a nationally recognised qualification.
- Completion certificates may show learning hours for CPD records where accepted by your employer or professional body.
- These are non-accredited vendor courses; they do not imply nationally recognised or accredited status, or accredited CPD.
Delivery & changes
- Programs are delivered on Milcom's behalf by its training delivery partner INBIOT PTY LTD through Microsoft Certified Trainers.
- Microsoft course names, exam codes, certification mappings, schedules and labs may change with Microsoft updates; Milcom aligns delivery and exam guidance to the current Microsoft Learn certification pages at the time of enrolment.
