Learn to use Microsoft 365 Copilot and generative AI productivity tools to work faster and make better decisions — without writing code. This program focuses on practical, secure, everyday use of Copilot across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, plus agents such as Researcher and Analyst, so you can apply AI safely and productively in your role.

Entry requirements

No formal prerequisites. Basic digital literacy and familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps recommended.

Certification & exam information

This program prepares you for the relevant AB-730 Microsoft business AI exam where available at the time of enrolment. The Microsoft exam is not included by default — add an official exam voucher at checkout, or use one you already hold. On completion you receive a MILCOM TECH course completion certificate; where applicable, you may also receive a Microsoft course completion record/certificate for the official course. These are separate from Microsoft certification and are not a nationally recognised qualification.
